Description: designed to impress, this opulent balustrade incorporates a modern take on Baroque.
Fitting in with the interior designers Baroque based mood board for the entrance lobby, the classical continuous ‘s’ scroll was to form the basis of the ironwork design, but it was agreed that the overall finished feel was to be a simplified contemporary take on Baroque. To add to the luxurious feel the balustrade was also to include onyx and brass. The Ironwork Studio’s concept proposals were therefore variants on a theme, as opposed to distinctly different approaches. Using our artistic skill and technical knowledge we focused on refining the detail to ensure the best quality design and craftsmanship.
